Musso Mobile Professional (L3)

The Musso Mobile Professiobal ​​is the brother of the Musso Professional ice cream machine. However, this one is equipped with castor wheels. This is handy if you want to clean behind or under the machine. The capacity is approximately 7 liters of ice cream per hour. We simply have all spare parts in stock.

This timer is mechanical. That seems a bit old-fashioned, but it is ingenious. Faults in ice cream machines mainly occur in the electronics. But this machine does not have that.

How do we calculate the capacity of an ice cream machine?
The net capacity of an ice cream maker depends on many factors. The most important is the amount of sugar in the product. Sugar acts as an anti-freeze, so the capacity is smaller if there is less sugar in your product.
Then the ambient temperature plays an important role. Always place an ice cream machine as cool as possible. So never in the sun. This is an air-cooled machine. So no need to use cooling water. Give the machine space to "breathe". Give it at least 50 cm space at the front and the sides.
